WSHS Winter/Spring 2022 Classes

Are you looking for something fun for your child to do after school or on a day off school? We are hosting a series of experiences for kids of all ages with lots of animal interaction and enjoyment. Here are the class descriptions and schedule:

Winter/Spring 2022 Classes and Workshops

Presidents Day Mini Camp - For Grades 4 & 5 - Monday, February 21st - 10:00 am - noon

Learn about some of the wacky pets that have lived in the White House and decide what type of pet you would choose if you were elected President. We'll also learn about and interact with some of our top dogs and supreme cats. $40

Animal Game Day - For grades 2 & 3 - Thursday, March 3rd - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Come and play some fun games while learning about and interacting with WSHS animals. From board games to movement games and animal activities, we will have a great time. $30

Lucky Cats and Dogs - For grades 4 & 5 - Thursday, March 17th - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Spend St. Patrick's Day with some of our lucky cats and dogs and maybe we'll find a pot of gold! $30

Art with Animals 1 - For grades 2 & 3 - Thursday, April 7th - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Learn to draw cats and dogs and create some projects to take home. There will also be time to play with WSHS animals. $30

Art with Animals 2 - For grades 4 - 6 - Thursday, April 21st - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Animal Assistants - for grades 7 & 8 - Thursday, May 12th - 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Learn what it takes to care for our cats and dogs on a daily basis. We will be feeding, grooming and interacting with our WSHS animals. $30
